Dr. Grant Firkins
Dr. Grant Firkins has over 10 years' experience in the area of criminal law. He is a Lecturer in Criminal Law and regularly speaks at annual conferences across the UK on a variety of criminal law-related topics. Dr. Firkins is also a member of Liverpool Law Society and a published author in peer-reviewed academic journals and books.
Prior to becoming an academic, Dr. Firkins completed his law degree (LLB) from the University of Liverpool and worked in a Law Firm as a Legal Executive for several years before graduating from the University of Birmingham with an LLM in Criminal Law. He was subsequently awarded a PhD in Law from the University of Liverpool, where he was also a Graduate Teaching Fellow in Law.
Dr. Firkins is a criminal law consultant specialising in homicide offences, sexual offences, property offences, non-fatal offences against the person, drug offences, motoring offences, financial crimes and fraud. He has a deep-rooted passion for helping law firms, individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of criminal law related matters.
